Drive belt, with the Sparks internally driven drive pulley called Dura Drive Plus,
you will eliminate most all of the causes of conveyor related problems!
The belt has zero fabric, is completely made of urethane polymers, thus you
will have zero issues with belt fabric wicking. The belt also has the large
bottom side drive teeth, which eliminate all belt slipping, jumping off of the
drive sprockets (common when using small tooth profiles) and all mis-tracking!
The drive motor and gearbox, is internally located in the head pulley, for simply
the most sanitary design in modern food processing conveyors. The Dura
Drive Plus, motorized head pulley, is built in America, in Grand Rapids, MI and
is 100% USDA 3-A Dairy Plant approved!
